When is your next litter? We are expecting a litter of multigenerational labradoodles in early 2021. How do I join the waitlist or apply for a puppy? We do not open our waitlist or post puppies until they are born and have had health checks. However, we are taking applications for upcoming litters on Good Dog. What is the cost for a puppy? Our puppies are $1800 including a $200 deposit upon acceptance. The price includes all age appropriate immunizations and deworming prior to going home. Puppies will go home with a leash, harness, seatbelt clip, toys, food, information folder, and a Snuggle Puppy.
How big do the puppies get? Our puppies are all standard Labradoodles. Females average around 56 pounds, while males average 65 pounds.
How are the puppies raised? Puppies are raised in our family home in our living area with outside access to dogs, cats, chickens, and children ensuring they are well socialized. They undergo early neurological stimulation, early scent introduction, and follow the Puppy Culture and Badass Breeder breeding programs and protocols. Puppies are exposed to a number of experiences to ensure desensitization and proper socialization: - Swimming - Grooming including bath and blow dry - Riding in vehicles - Visiting businesses - Meeting unfamiliar people and being handled by children - One-on-one time - Meeting different animals such other dogs, cats, and chickens - Exposed to loud noises such as thunderstorms, the vacuum, and traffic - Kennel/crate training - Potty training
What health testing has been done on puppies and parents? Parents have undergone extensive genetic and health testing prior to breeding, including Paw Print Genetics and Embark testing for all testable breed related illnesses. This includes testing for hips, elbows, eyes, and hearts. We test all puppies for any breed specific diseases using Embark, as well as temperament testing with Volhard at 49 days old. All puppies have been dewormed and had their age appropriate immunizations prior to going home. We offer a 2 year genetic health guarantee. What is the puppy pick process? Puppies are available for picking after the Volhard temperament testing has completed at 49 days. At this point, we will contact you in the order of deposit and application submission to pick your puppy. You may pick your puppy in person. If this is not possible, you may pick your puppy on video call. Seventh Heaven Labradoodles reserves the right to first pick if desired.
Do you ship puppies or must I pick them up locally? You can pick up your puppy from us, or we can deliver up to 3 hour radius. In some circumstances we may also fly with puppies in the cabin if the flight for one, plus the puppy are paid by the buyer.
